Registration Policy:

  • Party times and dates subject to the availability of the studio. Please email us to see open spots for off-site events.

  • There is a 15 minimum guest requirement to host a private event.

  • The rate is $45 per person except for events held off-site. 

  • A $50 travel fee may be required depending on the travel distance sfrom the studio. 

  • There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of reservation towards the balance.

  • You select your own featured painting (see painting options below).

  • You can bring your own wine, beer or beverage of choice. You can also bring in your own food or utilize catering options.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your party or event can not be held.

  • If final balance is not paid 7 days prior to your event, the event will be canceled without notice and no monies will be refunded.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the day of the event. Deposit is non-transferable to a new date.

  •  Private Parties booked within 7 days of the event must be paid in full and will not qualify for cancellations.
