"The importance of exposing kids to art early in life is often undervalued. But giving young children an appreciation for art encourages exploration, self expression, logical thinking, self-esteem, imagination, and creativity. Early art experiences also teach kids to think openly, create new meaning, be more tolerant of others’ differences, and gives them the courage to take risks. "
It is our mission at Phearless to encourage art appreciation for all ages, especially the youth and make the most of their crucial learning years. Some of the developmental benefits of art are; motor skills, language development, decision making, and visual learning. Our art class is a "hands-on" course designed to teach students the basic design and composition principal of drawing and painting techniques in our professional studio/gallery. Our students will learn classical representational techniques in acrylic, oil, watercolor, and drawing media. All levels of instruction are offered- from beginning to advance.
