Phearless Art Camp (Virtually)

Each week, we offer a different theme for our five day art camps. Each camp is filled with  creativity, fun, and imagination. We use a variety of art mediums such as watercolors, acrylics, paper crafts, collage and mixed media.

Recommended Ages: 5 up to 12 

Camp fee includes all projects and materials, and instruction!

Class: Monday -Friday 1pm until 2pm

This week's lessons are:

Directed Drawing with the Alphabet - This leson works on visual motor, letter identification, and features Directed Drawings using letters from the alphabet. Students will turn letters into animals or objects that start with the same letter. (Ezample: a=ant, b=bird, etc.). This is a Great way to practicie not only letter formation, visual scanning, visual perceptual skills, visual motor skills, age appropriate grasp crossing midline,visual spatial skills, and fine motor skills.

Stained Glass Window Papeer Craft - Students will make small scale faux stained glass screen using construction paper and tissue paper.Students will be directed to observe the shapes and lines that make up a stained glass window.

Rubber Foam Stamps - n this lesson plan, children learn about the attributes of shapes and can further develop their understanding about shapes through a fun stamping activity.  Children are exploring shapes as they dip cut-out sponges into paint and create prints on a sheet of paper.

Lava Lamp - This is actually a fun science experiment as it's caused by the density and polarity of the substances. With this project, we will make our own DIY lava lamp with household materials. It's easy and safe and it looks very cool.

Cookie Decorating - Campers will make edible art,  using shapes and colors to design.

Class fee is non-refundable. Classes may not be made up in the next session.
